Another edition of the „Young Polish Potato” Culinary Festival, which this time will take place on July 4, 2021. in the town of Tuczna.

As part of the Festival, the recipient will have the opportunity to learn about the history of the potato in Poland dating back to King Jan III Sobieski and recall its nutritional and dietary values. We would like to invite to the event well-known and popular chefs and opinion-forming authorities who will, in front of the audience, extract from a young potato its best taste, so well-known from childhood. This culinary feast, which will also involve visitors in the process of creating, is to show the possibilities of using potatoes in our kitchen. The shows of the masters will make us think back to childhood, we will remember the flavors of the family home and we will miss cooking based on native products. We are convinced of the mutual benefits of the Festival. Together – we have a chance to have a real impact on strengthening Polish products, agricultural economy, and building consumer awareness.
