The „Young Polish Potato” Culinary Festival will take place in several places in Poland as an event preceding the International Potato Poland 2021 Fair, and admission to this event will be free. The festival was financed by the Fruit and Vegetable Promotion Fund.
Using local goods, participants will have the opportunity to get to know the unique products for which a given region is famous. The shows will take place in the open space, in the LIVE COOKING formula, where everyone has the opportunity to observe the process of preparing delicious dishes. During the event, outstanding chefs will prepare dishes based on new potatoes. The idea of the whole project is to build a family and interpersonal community, and the potato, like few other vegetables, is suitable for this, due to its familiarity.
